Positive aspects of my stay at the hotel: Near railway station and good bus connections. Nice and hardworking staff. Large recreation area with easy chairs. Reasonably priced drinks.
Everything was spot on.

The value for money at this hotel exceeded my expectations. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of service and amenities provided. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, including making a surprise birthday cake for my husband. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of our stay, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the warm welcome we received after a long day of skiing. The location of the hotel in the village provided a beautiful view and convenient access to the slopes.
All was more than ok, nothing could be improved.

Good value and friendly staff. The location was perfect for skiing, with easy access to the slopes and plenty of nearby amenities. The quality of food was excellent and there was a diverse range of cuisine on offer.
The rooms were quite basic and lacked some essential features, such as reliable WiFi. The decor and furnishings were a little dated and in need of an update.

The Hotel La Betulla Bardonecchia offers excellent value for money, providing great amenities at affordable prices. The rooms on the second floor are clean and spacious, with plenty of storage space for all your belongings. The daily housekeeping service ensures that your room is always neat and tidy. Additionally, the hotel's location in the beautiful village provides stunning views from the rooms on the third floor.
All aspects of our stay were satisfactory.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, being right opposite the train station, and with bus stops nearby to take us to the nearby ski slopes. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Parking was also available just outside the hotel, which was really convenient.
Can't fault the property in any way.

The hotel is located conveniently near the railway and bus stations. The staff are friendly and hardworking. There is a cozy recreational area with comfortable chairs and tables where you can relax and even work.
The rooms are basic and some amenities such as the toilets and shower units need repair. The food is average and lacking in fruit options.

This hotel offers a great location: it's very near the railway station and has a ski bus stop outside for going to both ski areas. Rooms are warm, clean and ours had a small south-facing balcony. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the all-inclusive option is good value for money, with an all-you-can-eat hot and cold buffet breakfast, packed lunch and three-course hot lunch, and dinner consisting of a salad buffet, three choices of first and main courses and desserts.
Some facilities are dated, which may affect the overall experience.
